Job summary:

This position is to provide assistance to all operation and traffic services provided by the company to our clients including handling Ramp duties, completing written and electronic reports and forms and handling emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Experience of 2 years to 5 years in the field of aviation industry
• Native Arabic speaking with good command of English
• Good command of communication means such emails,
• Very good in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
• University graduate is mandatory (any discipline).
• Familiar with airport operations and traffic services
• Preferable Males whilst females can apply.
• Appropriate awareness of the local airport rules.
• Good awareness of the international aviation and immigration rules.
• Good awareness of loading/unloading rules and limitations.
• Good awareness of security & safety procedures checks.

1- maintain the highest possible service standards and ensure that our operations are performed in accordance with the company rules and regulations .
2- Manage operations plans and discuss with his assistants on regular intervals.
3- Experience not less than 10 years in the aviation field includes 3 years as deputy manager .
4- Bachelor degree , fluency in English language and professionality in dealing with computer , are a must .
5- Communications & leaderships skills and ability to solve problems and take a decisive actions .
6- Have traning courses in ( Passengers & Baggage handling – Ramp Handling – Load control – SMS – DGR ) .
7- Check and supervise continuously that the Company service and quality standards are known to the Handing Company personnel and that the Handling Companies perform the handling functions for our clients in accordance with these standards
8- Manage delivery of a safe & secure operation, excellent Customer Service, Disruption handling and Ground Service Recovery in accordance with corporate procedures .
9- Ensuring that overall operational activities meet our standard, policies and procedure, satisfying local and International safety and security standards and conforming to aviation regulatory requirements.
10- Responsible for Local Procedures Manual, Emergency Procedures/Business Continuity Plans and excercises with adherence to corporate standards .
11- Monitor the Service Level Agreement and performance of flights of our customer airlines on a daily basis with regular supplier meetings outlining performance and new and changing corporate policies.
12- Establish efficient communication with line manager, head office and key interface departments and local stakeholders .
13- Responsible for all airport operations audit programmes.
14- Coordinate with airport authorities for any meetings or local instructions in order that the operations are performed smoothly .
