High-speed trains are among the most sensitive oversized and high-value units. Transporting them requires getting everything right from port to final destination.

At Alexandria Port, NOSCO managed the full discharge and handling of eight high-speed train units and four Vectron locomotives, with individual pieces weighing up to 84 tons and stretching over 25 meters in length. From there, the cargo moved inland to the New Administrative Capital and 6th of October City, using specialized heavy-lift equipment built for exactly this kind of operation.

Every stage, from port coordination and stevedoring to route planning, inland transport, and final delivery, was executed by teams working in sync to keep the project safe, , and on schedule.

Phase 2 of the Maridive GUPCO cable tank project was a key stage in one of ’s first subsea cable operations. The 177 MT cable, stored in our yard for several months, was carefully shifted and loaded onto the vessel at Adabiyah Port.

Every step required coordination, precision, and technical expertise, from berthing and port formalities to stevedoring and vessel husbandry.
