✅ Key Responsibilities:
Full oversight of all accounting and financial operations within the company.
Preparing and analyzing periodic financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow).
Managing the accounting team, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
Final review of journal entries, financial reports, and bank reconciliations.
Preparing budgets and monitoring financial variances.
Supervising tax-related matters and coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Managing financial relationships with banks, suppliers, and clients.
Developing and improving the company's financial systems and internal controls.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proficient in ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
Previous experience in distribution companies or the FMCG sector is preferred.
Strong leadership, financial analysis, and decision-making skills.
