IT Section Head

This is a part-time on-site role for an IT professional at Ralight For Microfinance, located in Qesm El Maadi. The IT professional will be responsible for managing network administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing customer service to internal stakeholders. Daily tasks will include maintaining and supporting information technology infrastructure and addressing any technical challenges that arise.

Qualifications

Network Administration and the ability to manage and maintain network systems

Information Technology expertise, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Experience in Network Security to protect and maintain secure network operations

Customer Service skills to assist and support internal stakeholders with technical issues

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or a related field is a plus
