No, non è una leggenda.

Quello che vedete nelle nostre foto è Abu Simbel, uno dei luoghi più straordinari dell’antico Egitto.

🏛️ Più di 3.000 anni di storia.
👑 Quattro colossi di Ramses II, alti circa 21 metri.
🌊 E una storia incredibile: negli anni ’60, il tempio rischiava di essere sommerso dalle acque del Lago Nasser a causa della costruzione della diga di Assuan.

La soluzione?

Spostarlo. Pietra dopo pietra.

Grazie alla grande campagna internazionale promossa dall’UNESCO, il tempio fu smontato, trasferito su un terreno più alto e ricostruito con una precisione straordinaria.

📅 Il nuovo Abu Simbel fu inaugurato nel 1968.

E oggi… possiamo ancora trovarci davanti a questi giganti di pietra. ❤️

🇪🇬 QUESTO TEMPIO È STATO SPOSTATO. DAVVERO. 😮

Più di 3.000 anni di storia davanti ai tuoi occhi.

📍 Abu Simbel, Egitto

Quattro giganteschi colossi di Ramses II, scolpiti nella roccia, accolgono ogni visitatore davanti a uno dei templi più incredibili dell’antico Egitto.

Ma c’è un dettaglio che rende Abu Simbel ancora più straordinario. 👇

🌊 Negli anni ’60, il tempio rischiava di essere sommerso dalle acque del Lago Nasser.

La soluzione?

Spostarlo pietra dopo pietra.

Il complesso fu smontato, trasferito su un terreno più alto e ricostruito grazie alla grande campagna internazionale dell’UNESCO.

📅 Nel 1968, Abu Simbel era di nuovo pronto a raccontare la sua storia.

E oggi possiamo ancora essere lì.
