Do you know this special sweet made from sugar cane juice during the harvest season?

You wont find it in shops but only from small local vendors on the street, and only during the season. It has a very intense karamel flavour.

You should try it if you see a vendor selling it.

It is called „Galab“.

On 12th of february there was the traditional Horsefestival in Luxor Westbank.
Always -if i have time- i go there to watch the beautiful horses, skilled equestrians, traditional horsedances.
This is part of the local life here in Luxor.
