To keep our warehouse organised and ensure a smooth service for everyone, please note our storage policy:

✅All parcels are safely received and stored in our secure warehouse.

📅First 7 days of storage are included in the payment.

💶After 7 days, storage is charged at 0.50€/per day

🚚Collection or delivery options
- You can collect your parcel from our warehouse .
- We can deliver it directly to your home
(Delivery fee applies depending on distance)

📲Notifications
We will send a message as soon as your parcel arrives, so you can choose what works best for you.

❗️Important
Parcels must be collected or delivery arranged within a reasonable time. Long term storage without communication may incur additional charges.

🇬🇧At The Parcel Resort, we understand the frustrations of living in rural areas of Spain, where deliveries can be tricky, important mail sometimes doesn’t arrive, and coordinating parcel deliveries feels like a full time job. That’s why we started this business to make sending, receiving, and managing parcels simple, reliable, and stress-free.

We provide a secure warehouse on the industrial estate in Algarrobo, where you can have all your packages delivered. From there, you can either pick them up at your convenience or have us deliver them straight to your home.

But we don’t stop a regular parcels. With years of experience in the construction and logistics business, we also offer assembly and delivery of larger items, like IKEA furniture, tvs, fridges etc. We will bring it to your home and put it together for you, saving you time and hassle.

We’re passionate about solving problems we have faced ourselves, and our goal is to provide a service that’s flexible, reliable, and tailored to your needs. And as we grow, we are exploring even more ways to make life easier for our customers. So stay tuned for new services!

Por eso fundamos este negocio: para que enviar, recibir y gestionar tus paquetes sea algo sencillo, fiable y sin estrés.

Contamos con un almacén seguro en el polígono industrial de Algarrobo, donde puedes pedir que se entreguen todas tus compras. Desde allí, puedes venir a recogerlas cuando mejor te convenga o pedirnos que las llevemos directamente a tu casa.

Pero no nos limitamos a los paquetes comunes. Gracias a nuestra experiencia de años en el sector de la construcción y la logística, también ofrecemos montaje y entrega de artículos voluminosos, como muebles de IKEA, televisores, neveras, etc. Lo llevamos a tu hogar y lo montamos por ti, ahorrándote tiempo y complicaciones.
