If you've never ventured down this end of Poniente, you're missing one of the best kept secrets in Benidorm.

The Bahia apartments sit right on the first line of the beach with sea views from every single room and the sand literally ten metres from your door.

Quiet, relaxed, and right on the water. This is the side of Benidorm the locals love.

I went on the Infinity Boat Party so you don't have to guess whether it's worth it.

Two and a half hours on the Mediterranean, DJ Sean Lester on the decks, a swim stop near Calpe, a bar on board, and return transfers from the strip included.

It runs every Saturday with two sailings, and you can book from just two people. Sixty five pounds a head.

Before the Strip, the skyscrapers and the cabaret bars, this was Benidorm. The Old Town is where Benidorm really began.

Narrow streets. Tapas bars. The blue-domed church. Mal Pas beach. The harbour. And some of the best views in the whole resort.

It has a completely different feel from the New Town. More local. More traditional. More relaxed.

And the best part?

You can walk from Levante to Poniente through the Old Town and see a totally different side of Benidorm in less than an hour.

So here’s my question…Have you explored Benidorm Old Town properly?
