Preventing Diesel Bug Contamination

Due to our continued success we are looking for a Deckhand to join our lovely team.

You would be expected to:
• Ensure the cleanliness of the exterior of the Sail & Power fleet (currently 3 boats)
• Provide basic maintenance for the Sail & Power fleet (i.e. teak, bilge pumps, chrome, canvas, filing water tanks, etc.)
• Provide support to each department within the business to ensure smooth running of the maintenance, charters and academy activities,
• Be involved in actively promoting each department in the business,
• Ensure Sail & Power maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheld (training will be provided)
• Ensure inventory for boats are maintained and well placed in the workshop, office or on the boats

Requirements.
• Ideally based locally to Estepona Port,
• Must hold a clean driving licence,
• Must have full papers to work in Spain

Please note that experience in the marine industry is an advantage, but not mandatory as on the job training will be provided. Powerboat training and certification will also be provided to the successful applicant
