Más de 160 años iluminando el camino. 🗼

El faro de Estepona comenzó a construirse entre 1861 y 1863, obra del ingeniero Antonio Molina. Originalmente, su luz se alzaba a poco más de 8 metros sobre el terreno y 18 sobre el nivel del mar, con un alcance de unas 12 millas náuticas.

En 1918 se normalizaron sus destellos tal y como los conocemos hoy, y en 1922 se levantó la torre actual, de 20 metros de altura.

Desde entonces, sigue ahí, guiando a quienes navegan estas aguas y siendo testigo silencioso de la historia de nuestro puerto. 💙

Over 160 years lighting the way. 🗼

The Estepona lighthouse was built between 1861 and 1863 by engineer Antonio Molina. Originally, its light stood just over 8 meters above the ground and 18 meters above sea level, with a reach of about 12 nautical miles.

In 1918, its light flashes were standardized to match the pattern we know today, and in 1922 the current 20-meter tower was built.

It's been there ever since, guiding those who sail these waters and standing as a silent witness to the history of our port. 💙

Así de especial fue el encuentro que vivió frente a la costa de Estepona: un grupo de delfines nadando libres, justo al lado de su barco. Momentos como este son un recordatorio de por qué el Mediterráneo que rodea nuestra marina es tan especial.

Este fin de semana, el Puerto Deportivo de Estepona se llenó de historia sobre ruedas. El trajo hasta la marina una selección de coches clásicos que paró a más de uno en seco, auténticas joyas del motor brillando junto al mar.

Cromados relucientes, líneas atemporales y ese sonido de motor que solo entienden los que saben. Una tarde perfecta para los amantes de lo clásico, con el Mediterráneo de fondo.

Gleaming chrome, timeless lines, and that engine sound only true enthusiasts can appreciate. A perfect afternoon for classic car lovers, with the Mediterranean as the backdrop.
