Our life may seem to us like a calm and pristine lake, or an exacerbated and disturbing sea. In either case, in whatever situation we find ourselves, we know that we have no control over the external things that happen to us, but instead, we will always have the freedom that the moment itself gives us to adapt our vision and attitude for our own good.

To guide us carefully through the storm can be quite an art, but once we understand that we cannot control the uncontrollable, but rather guide us with patience and persistence, life becomes more enjoyable, full and alive than ever before!
