Approximate taxi fares from Ibiza airport starting today

NEW IBIZA AIRPORT TAXI FARE GUIDE 2026–2027

I’ve updated the airport fare guide using the new official taxi tariffs published in BOIB No. 122 on 29 September 2026.

Please remember that all prices shown in this guide are approximate estimates, not fixed fares.

The calculations have been made using the newly published tariffs and the approximate road distance from Ibiza Airport to each destination.

For larger areas, I have tried to calculate the fare using a point towards the furthest part of that destination from the airport. For example, the price shown for San Antonio is based on a point towards the furthest end of the town. This means that if your destination is at the beginning or in the centre of San Antonio, the actual fare may be lower than the amount shown in the image.

The same may apply to other large resorts and areas around the island.

These estimates will be reviewed and adjusted once the new tariffs are in operation from next week and we can see how they work in real journeys.

As always, these prices are only a guide.

The final fare is the amount shown on the taxi meter at the end of the journey.

The final price can vary depending on the exact pick-up and drop-off point, the route taken, traffic conditions and any waiting time during the journey.

Prices are per taxi, not per person, for up to 4 passengers.

I’ll continue checking the fares once the new tariffs are active and will update the guide whenever necessary to keep the estimates as accurate as possible.

From July 4th, the new Citizen Coexistence Ordinance of Sant Josep de sa Talaia comes into force.

This is important for both residents and visitors, because Sant Josep de sa Talaia covers some of the busiest and most important areas of Ibiza, including Ibiza Airport, Playa d’en Bossa, Cala de Bou (commonly known as San Antonio Bay), and many popular beaches and resort areas such as Cala Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and more.

Under this new regulation, hiring illegal transport with origin or destination in Sant Josep is expressly prohibited and can be fined.

The fine for hiring illegal transport is €500.

Remember: this municipality includes many of the areas where illegal drivers often try to operate, especially around nightlife, tourist hotspots and busy transport points.

Sant Antoni also has similar regulations and penalties related to the use of illegal transport, so visitors should not take the risk.
