We arrived in Dieppe on Saturday last having transited Spain and France with no hassle. All documentation correct four household moves on board cleared exit and entry certificates all in order. From entry to parking in freight parking 30 min including the mandatory opening up by security and double double check.
All went smoothly DFDS were more than pleased as they had not done a removal freight entry under the new rules and were delighted to see everything had been sorted with all official papers completed with rubber stamps from both EU and UK

Big thanks to all our partners in this. Fortunately we had all necessary and legal customs associates in place well before the big Brexit.

So here is part 2 of the truth about Liza Zlabang, Louise Wood, Liza Hammond or possibly Mary Goodall what ever the real name is.

1. Having placed this person's goods into storage we get a message to say her husband will be flying to Spain to sort things out brining with him a full inventory and he would be bringing an ether machine to test the 5 tv's we had of hers to ensure they were working. This message was received very late on the Wednesday prior to Easter.

2. Thursday we get another message saying he's on his way to Spain. I replied "then he'll have a nice day out". Please note they had not made any appointment with me or enquired if I was about.

3. Good Friday I receive a call from a man named Neil Hammond. He asked where our office was so I told him. He then said I will be there in an hour and put the phone down.

4. An hour passes and I received another call saying that there is nobody at the office. I replied I know and why would there be on a religious festival day such as this was. He then asked where I was and I had to inform him I was 1,200 km away on route to UK.

5. Asks when I'm back and said end of the following week. To which he replied "no problem I can be here all year if necessary money no object for me. I'll stay in a hotel see you when you get back.
I asked him why we had had this job taken off us to which he replied" I don't know". I then asked had he got the inventory with him to which he said "no there isn't one". Brought the inverter with you "don't know what your talking about"

6. An hour passes get another call from him saying the reason for the job being taken off us was that we couldn't give a date for delivery but the other company could get it to them by the end of May. I then informed that the goods could have been with them had we got a definite address by the 18th April. He knew nothing of this either. Amazing isn't it !!!!

7. 2.00pm I receive another call from him. This time he's really pi**ed off and he says the following
"I have had enough I'm outside the Guardia Civil in Pedreguer and I'm going in I mean it if you don't get someone to let me into your warehouse!!"
I said please hurry up I'll put the kettle on for them. He didn't go in why because on a normal day this station is closed so wouldn't have been open at all on Good Friday.

8. Next day he calls trying to defuse the situation and says he has spoken to the other company and they are ready to co operate. The agreed sum of money to be paid to us he has now going to leave with them. He was reminded that the inventory etc needs to be completed.
However the address to be delivered was now not going to a house but to a storage facility. Where was the facility "The Midlands" so that narrows the field.

9. Sunday and he again gets in touch saying money is with the other company please liase.

10. Speak to the other company a d agreement that the inventory needs to be sorted so as to avoid any items going astray. Told them and they already knew that there was no inventory. So nobody can move forward and they said that would give him back his money and walk away. They confirmed he would collect the money the next day Monday.

12. Monday I get a call from the other company saying they called this Neil and asked when he would collect the money to which he reied"i can't I'm at the airport getting a flight"
Where he was going we don't know but all calls from this point on were not answered and then the phone number was off altogether.

13. I kept on getting messages from her and emails all answered but put a halt on this when I said I would only deal with her legal team not her.

14. So the other company have got money which is owed to us can't give it back, plus Zlabang now owes much more for storage which is a separate thing.

This is how it is but with Zlabang being removed from so many sites due to her being caught out lying and fabricating stories we are at a loss of what to do. She claimed soo nanny times we had stolen her goods and so many people told her to go to the police but she never did.

Your thoughts on whether the money agreed to be paid to us and confirmed on her posts is waiting for us should now be released and leave the matter of storage to be the last thing to be sorted with her to us please.

Recently we have been subject to vile lies from a person known on Facebook as Lisa Zlabang or AKA Louise Wood or Liza Hammond or possibly Mary Goodall.

She has said we stole her goods tugged at people's heart strings to get sympathy and basically mugged you all !!!!

Here is the true and full story about this person or persons told in two parts !!!

1. Removal booked 27th March 2019. Team turned up but had to get a smaller vehicle for shuttling goods to larger vehicle from house as access very restricted and house very isolated.

2.. All goods collected and moved to warehouse awaiting shipment to UK to the Telford area. Delivery anytime after the 10th April 2019 and not in any hurry. Reason for no hurry they were all going to live in Mallorca for 6 months therefore kids didn't need any of their things nor the adults.

3. On collection this family were to give the team a full inventory which she said had been done along with copies of passports, 50% deposit and an authorised letter for transportation of a scooter which was added at the end. I was not there but on way back from the UK.

4. Vehicle loaded for the UK on the 5th April 2019 ready for shipping on Monday 8th April. Still no exact delivery address nor phone number only contact with her via messenger. Still the same up to now with odd emails all answered. She says not but another lie.

5. On Saturday the 6th April emails arrived from several ferry companies and agents warning of the massive influx of freight vehicles to all ports in France, Belgium, Holland and even Denmark. Why? BREXIT WEEK. Thousands of trucks trying to get into UK with freight before the 12th April. At one time over 76 trucks in Caen let alone the queues at Calais and other ports.

6. Liza informed of the problem. On Friday the 12th she says we were telling lies and the ferries were running as normal and check in usual. Nobody said there was a problem with the ferries but getting one and joining the queue to get on was a total no no!! As they weren't in a HURRY departure delayed until the 14th so no joining a list but get on a ferry as normal.

7. On the 14th we get a message "you are not authorised to take my goods any further there are no problems with CUSTOMS in Calais. I have another company to do this who have confirmed this"
We asked her who but she would not divulge at first but eventually did.

8. She saw a post on Javea connect which gave pictures of a completely empty channel tunnel arrival parking lanes in Calais . This posted by the other transport company. What she didn't know was the pictures were taken on Thursday the 4th of April two days before the STAMPEDE BEGAN !!!

9. We eventually learned who the other company were and waited for contact from them. We did hear and found out that they didn't know it was us who had begun the move for her and admitted they had given her a cheap price for the job as one of their vehicles had to return to the UK for an MOT and this had come at the right time but apologised for what happened. However again Zlabang failed in honesty to them as she told them the cubic volume was a lot less than it actually is this by approx 5 to 6m3.

10. As we were left in a position of having goods that belonged to her we insisted that she produced the inventory, copies of passports etc then we would release the goods but not until this process had been completed.

11. She stalled and then told us to deliver the goods to the other company, contrary to her previous instruction, which we wouldn't do but collection could be done if all documents and money paid was completed. Quite a simple exercise then all the goods could be on their way to the Telford area. To this day she nor any other member of the family has come forward to offer these documents.

12. All the goods were transhiped again into storage within our unit all under cctv and safe. She was informed that from the 14th of April 2019 storage charges would apply on a weekly basis so perhaps a speedy visit to us with all monies and documentation would reduce the bill and all parties could move forward.

Summary so far.

These are some of the facts which I will leave you with to inwardly digest. The remaining parts of the story will follow in a second post which will raise questions to the families reasons for being in Spain and also the lack of identification being issued to both companies involved.

Your comments please especially from those who jumped on the band wagon of condemning us in line with her allegations and lies.

We would like to let all the good people on this and other sites that we have recently had a vendetta against us by two customers who have lied perfusly about us.
The first one was removed from several sites and in fact one site actually drew them into a corner and as they contradicted so many of the claims were exposed as frauds they removed themselves from the site.
The second also lies claiming again theft but in their case they are in huge financial difficulties so pointing a lying finger and saddling up with the first one eases the exposure of their plight. These had one job which turned into two.

Both have not paid a cent for the services they have had.

Check other sites for clarification on both.

You know who you are!!!!!
