Greetings from the Big Apple, my hometown! I'm Jose Luis Rodriguez, your new favorite New Yorker, and soon I'll be with you in Málaga for FIAX – Raíces con Futuro.

This is the very first edition of this amazin' international fair, with Italy as the guest country. Spain and Italy will meet around the land, the table, and celebrate the people who keep our traditions alive. 🇪🇸🇮🇹

Did you know.Málaga is celebrating being European Capital of Gastronomic Culture, with El Reto MasterChef holding its live final right there at the fair. 👨‍🍳 (I'm not missin' this event)

All weekend, I'll have the honor of running some w**e tastings from southeastern Spain as well as sharing with you more of what the Southern Spain has to offer.
