The first time we stepped into Ávila, we never knew it would find such a special place in our hearts. ❤️ Since then, we have returned again and again, and every visit has told us a different story.

But this time, Ávila took us back in time, with its enchanting Medieval Festival, where history, culture, and tradition came alive within the ancient walls. A beautiful memory we will carry with us - and now, we wait for another magical journey next year - Mercado de las Tres Culturas.❤️

Looking for free cultural plans in Madrid? 🇪🇸✨ From historic underground tours to creative workshops, there is a fantastic lineup of upcoming activities for all ages across the city’s public spaces:

Historic Water Reservoir Tours: Explore the stunning 1930s underground tank at Plaza Castilla and learn about Madrid’s 175-year-old water system. (Ages 14+)
Relaxation & Breathing Workshop: Unwind with professional stress-reduction techniques and meditation at Biblioteca Miguel Hernández. (Adults 18+)
Legendary Creatures Workshops: A traveling kids’ event exploring Spanish myths! Children can design their own magical monsters at libraries across Madrid (including Villaverde, Vallecas, Centro, Usera, and Latina) from this September all the way through 2027.

Spots are highly limited and on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the specific event date.
