EuroSite

more than 50,000 people from all around the world passing through EuroSite since 1998. EuroSite is one of the most important Experiential Training Centers in the World. It was created from one of the largest training projects ever done in the world, the Saturn Project. This project was a massive change in business culture and involved in Europe alone more than 100.000 people. GM wanted to change its business model and way of doing things and create another automotive company with this new management model to see if it works. Within a few years, Saturn had created the highest customer loyalty in the automobile industry in the USA. After this result, GM decided to implement these practices from Saturn into GM. To accomplish this, they developed the Saturn Project using a new methodology, experiential learning. After this big project, GM try to find the best place to build a new Center for developing this methodology. After considering sites in different countries, in the end they chose Sitges as the best place. Why?, because of the weather, the transportation connections, we have an International Airport 20 minutes away and excellent facilities. EuroSite was built in 1998 and more than 50.000 people worldwide have been developing competence and using this methodology. Now we have in EuroSite three different business lines: the core business line, that is the High Impact Training, the Events line (companies can hold meetings, conferences, launches, etc) and the incentive line, in which companies can do motivational and cohesion activities like paintball, multi adventure raid, etc.
