🤍 Have you ever wandered through the beautiful old town of Altea? 🇪🇸

Perched above the Costa Blanca, Altea is one of those places that feels completely different from the larger resorts nearby. Its historic old town is a maze of whitewashed houses, cobbled streets, colourful flowers and little cafés, all leading uphill towards the town’s most famous landmark.

At the top you'll find the beautiful Church of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo, instantly recognisable by its striking blue-and-white tiled domes. From the surrounding plazas and viewpoints, you’ll also get gorgeous views across the Mediterranean. 🌊

Head back down towards the coast and you can enjoy Altea’s long promenade, waterfront restaurants and relaxed beaches — making it a brilliant place for a day trip or a slower stay on the Costa Blanca.
