Oh, HI!!! 👋🏼

It’s been a minute since I’ve shown up here — life has been full in the best ways. I got married last June (in gorgeous Mexico!), celebrated several friends’ weddings, navigated exciting career shifts, and took a much-needed break from promoting my travel business. (Don’t worry — I’ve still been helping clients behind the scenes! 😉)

Stepping back gave me the chance to re-center and reconnect with why I love doing this: creating meaningful, memorable travel experiences. Looking for a vacation experience full of culture, food, and a good mix of beach and city exploration?

That’s exactly what my honeymoon clients experienced this past week in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Their exact desires were mix of beach relaxation and adventure, so we planned a split stay at a stunning beach resort and historic hotel in Old Town San Juan, filled with a food tour and an excursion to a bioluminescent bay.

Bonus points - no passport required for travel to Puerto Rico.

Double bonus points for the couple - I helped them plan and navigate it all amongst the stresses of wedding planning, so they simply had to show up and enjoy🙌🏼

The theme of travel this week - Expect the unexpected, and of course, work with a travel advisor who can save the day in a pinch.

Tonight my clients are en route to Santiago, Chilé for a week of winery tours and cultural experiences.

While in the air for their first leg of their flight, I get emails notifying that not 1, but 2 of their tours had been cancelled due to torrential downpours causing mudslides and impassable roadways.

So, I immediately start brainstorming replacement activities and get them rebooked before their 2nd leg departs - they will arrive in destination tomorrow morning with a full itinerary, and didn’t have to worry about the panic of figuring their schedules out among their travel day.

Working with me as your travel advisor means you have someone in your corner, on call, and ready to sprinkle pixie dust behind the scenes to make sure your trip goes as smooth as possible. Cheers to a week of wine and food!

My favorite things in no particular order: rooftop bars, sunsets, the beach.

My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE thing: Watching the sunset from a rooftop bar at the beach🫶🏼

While in Los Cabos, we adventured away from the resort for a whale watching boat ride, and followed it up with a pit stop at The Cape Rooftop for a stunning sunset happy hour, and then finished the night at one of my all-time favorite eating/restaurant experiences, Flora Farm farm-to-table restaurant, for our anniversary/engagement celebration. What a day. What a trip!

February is the month of love, and when I think of destinations that represent love and rom(e)ance, my mind immediately goes to Italy!

Not sure if this is manifested from Lizzie McGuire falling in love with Paulo circa 2003, or the endless romantic vibes from the unlimited art, culture, pasta and wine you can find.
