This summer, Hikes’n Trails – South Lapland Outdoor Company arranged unforgettable nature experiences across the national parks of Syöte, Hossa, Oulanka and Posio Lapland
Our season was filled with calm day hikes, collecting berries and mushrooms and turning them into delicious meals, admiring the fells of Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland, white‑water rafting, and observing Finland’s wild large carnivores from hides.

We received excellent feedback from both our guests and travel partners — for our service, the quality of our programs, and the food that everyone loved. With grateful hearts, we now look forward to the upcoming aurora season and winter adventures.

Unbeliveable great day again! Wonderful hiking to Kuntivaara near the Russian border with nice views to our eastern neighbour 😁.

After that incredible night in a bear watching hide at Taigabear in Kuusamo. Sleeping in bear hide surrounded by wildlife is a wonderful experience!
