I spent a wonderful afternoon in St. James with amazing women, swapping travel tales and sharing about and our 2026 trip - Coastlines and Castles in Southern Portugal 🇵🇹(Sept. 25 - Oct. 5).

I can’t thank enough for her gracious hospitality and delicious cooking, and for introducing me to so many of her lovely, travel savvy friends. I hope many of them choose to join our expanding Next Chapter Travel family by experiencing one of our extraordinary tours. ✨

Our Coastlines & Castles tour includes a visit to historic Palmela Castle with sweeping views across vineyards and coastline, followed by wine tasting at José Maria da Fonseca—Portugal’s oldest family-run winery, founded in 1834! 🌿🍇

From medieval walls to traditional winemaking, this day perfectly captures Portugal’s rich heritage. Imagine sipping wines crafted by the same family for nearly two centuries while overlooking the landscapes that inspired them. 🖼️✨

This is authentic Portugal at its finest! 🏰🍷September 25 - October 5, 2026. #

Such a fun evening in Atlanta sharing 2026 trips with my sister in law and all of her friends! A huge thank you to the amazing Mopsy for co-hosting. Of course I forgot to take more pictures. I blame the prosecco! 😉

We still have a few spots for Provence in June, Southern Portugal in September, and tennis 🎾 in Chianti in October if you would like to join us. Check the 🔗 in my bio for more details.

✈️ A quick heads-up for fellow travelers ✈️

If you’re flying anytime soon, the rules around portable power banks are tightening. American Airlines is the latest U.S. carrier to require them in plain sight — either in your seatback pocket or your under-seat bag, never the overhead bin. Southwest made a similar change earlier this spring, and United and Delta are reportedly moving in the same direction.

A few things worth knowing: 🔋 Most carriers are capping power banks at 100 watt-hours 🔋 American allows two per person; Southwest, just one 🔋 Charging the bank itself mid-flight isn’t allowed

The reason behind it all: lithium battery incidents have been on the rise, and the FAA wants these devices where flight crews can see them.

A small thing to tuck into your travel routine — but one that could save you a hassle at the gate. Safe travels! ✨

Our Pilates in Provence tour in June 2026 includes a visit to the sacred Abbaye de Sénanque, a stunning 12th-century Cistercian monastery nestled among rolling lavender fields. This ancient abbey, with its perfect Romanesque architecture set against the Provençal landscape, creates one of France’s most serene and photographed settings—and we’ll experience its peaceful beauty firsthand. 💜🌿

There’s something deeply restorative about this ancient place of contemplation. Perfect for our wellness journey! ✨

There’s nothing like the bond of friendship that starts in grade school and is built over decades. It’s irreplaceable. 💞 But one of the things I love most about The Next Chapter Travel is all the amazing women that I meet and the new friendships that form. There’s something special about connections that are forged while traveling together. They’re built quickly, but not superficially, and come not only from where you go, but from how you experience it side by side.

In the coming weeks, I will head South to visit family and some of these new found friends as I share about my September 2026 trip to Southern Portugal and I can’t wait!

Let the continue!!

One of my favorite things about travel is exploring local markets—it’s truly the best way to get to the heart of a culture! On our Pilates in Provence tour in June 2026, we’ll discover authentic local markets from the famous antique treasures of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue to the vibrant food markets of Aix-en-Provence, all with expert local guides. Imagine wandering through stalls filled with artisanal cheeses, fresh lavender, and centuries-old treasures! 🧀🌿

These aren’t just tourist markets—it’s where locals have shopped for generations. There’s something magical about watching vendors who’ve been there for decades share their passion with visitors who truly appreciate the experience. Ready to discover Provence’s hidden gems? 🛍️💎
