Château Siran was once owned by Toulouse-Lautrec's great-grandmother, and came into the Miailhe family in 1859. Since 2007, Édouard Miailhe has held the keys to the estate.

A beautiful day led us the estate's barrel cellar for our great pleasure !

Château de Bourran is a former winegrowing estate.

At the end of the Ancien Régime, it belonged to the Minimes of Bordeaux. It is located in the Parc de Bourran in Mérignac and was designed by landscape architect Louis Le Breton.

The Jardin Public was designed by landscape architect Ange Jacques Gabriel.

One century later, landscape's decoration was set up by Fisher.

It features an arboretum, a library and a Natural History Museum, as well as attractions for children !

At the origin, Place de la Bourse was a royal place for the French king Louis 15th.

First royal place was created under Henri 4th (Place des Vosges designed by Louis Metezeau) and inaugurated under Louis 13th.

We had the opportunity to visit Château Montrose in 1855 : a Second Grand Cru Classé in Saint -Estèphe.
It belongs to Martin and Olivier Bouygues and stands out its environnemental and architectural features, and above all for the quality of its wine. 🍷

Cap Ferret 🏝was occupied for a long time by hunters and fishermen coming from the other bay’s side. The first inhabitants landed in 1908. Tourism in Cap Ferret was strongly helped by its connection with Arcachon.

Le Cap Ferret 🏝fut longtemps occupé par des chasseurs et pêcheurs venant de l’autre côté du bassin. Les premiers habitants débarquent en 1908. Le tourisme du Cap Ferret a été fortement aidé par sa liaison avec Arcachon.

A pinasse is a traditional boat from Arcachon bay 🏖. Its bottom is flat and it was traditionally used for oyster farming and fishing 🎣. Since the 19th century, thé pinasse is used to stroll.

Une pinasse est un bateau traditionnel du bassin d’Arcachon 🏖. Son fond est plat et il était traditionnellement utilisé pour l’ostréiculture et la pêche 🎣. Au XIXe siècle, la pinasse devient aussi une activité touristique, à base de balade.
