MEET JUSTINIANO PAYA | COLOMBIA, TOLIMA

Meet Justiniano Paya, a coffee producer from Gaitania, Tolima, and founder of ASOCANAFI, an association bringing together over 170 coffee-growing families from the Indigenous Nasawe'x community.

Since 2022, Belco has been working alongside ASOCANAFI to develop processing techniques and improve coffee quality.

Cupping at origin, right in the heart of Ethiopia. ☕

For the second year in a row, Belco will welcome experienced international roasters to Addis Ababa on February 8-9, 2027, for two days dedicated to the new Ethiopian crop.

More than 50 fresh coffees to cup, exclusive offers to discover, early sourcing opportunities, and time to exchange with our team about pricing, logistics, direct trade and the realities of sourcing at origin.

It’s also a unique opportunity to meet and connect with roasters from around the world, share experiences and exchange around Ethiopian coffee.

For those who want to go further, the experience can also be extended with a few days in Jimma to visit farms and meet producers alongside our team.
