Please note we have become aware of unauthorised use of my company name within unauthorised business directories.

Please note that from 2021 I am registered and operate from France, my terms are those services booked in after January 2021 are subject to French laws with regards to terms and conditions.

Please also note that ALL goods must be declared and listed for international moves to other countries.

Responsibility of goods not declared and agreed upon with quote will not be covered within an insurance policy - this is standard for all Goods in Transit policies, furthermore, unless a specific FULL packing service is requested and quoted on, you are responsible for the adequate packing of your goods for transit.

My insurers have the right to refuse any claim - should it be found that inadequate packing has been used.

The insurers will not cover antiques- this is a specialist item of furniture and you must provide your own cover to suit your needs for carriage.

Goods in Transit never provides NEW for OLD cover - if this is the cover you require, you need to obtain your own specialist removal cover.
