This week, we were delighted to welcome a work experience student from St Patrick's Grammar School Armagh in Armagh to McShane Packaging 👋

Over the last two days, James Toner worked closely with our team, gaining hands-on insight into the day-to-day operations of a busy manufacturing environment.

It’s always great to support young people as they take their first steps into the workplace.

Last week, our Director Philippa McShane was honoured to speak at the International Women’s Day 2026 event at the Craigavon Civic and Conference Centre.

Organised by Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council, the event welcomed over 100 local secondary school students for a morning of inspiration and conversation around this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.”

Philippa shared insights from her experience leading McShane Packaging as a global family business for over three decades, while championing female empowerment and community engagement.

A big thank you to the organisers and to the inspiring speakers who made the morning such a memorable and empowering event.
