Half term is finally here — and we think our amazing Watbus school run drivers and passenger assistants have more than earned a well deserved break! 👏🚌

Our WATBreak caravan at Amble Links Holiday Park still has some availability remaining, so if you know someone who could benefit from a break away, now is a great time to enquire.

Big shout out to our driver Lee 👏💙

Staff at Cleasewell Hill School were speaking to Northumberland County Council compliance officers yesterday and made a point of singing Lee’s praises for the brilliant job he does. They spoke about the extra mile he goes every single day and how much it’s noticed and appreciated.

The compliance officers were so impressed by the feedback that they rang our boss Barry personally to make sure Lee was recognised for the fantastic work he does.
It’s always great to hear such positive comments and we’re really proud to have Lee as part of the team.

Our caravan is filling up! We are so pleased to receive this review from one of our recent WATBreak Caravan guests:
"Everything was amazing, the shorter steps with the rail to access the caravan is wonderful. There’s a lot of room indoors and on the patio. A lovely break and relaxing, it was much needed. We’ll return for certain!”.

Wishing a joyful St George's Day!

We have to celebrate today the spirit of England, not just its famed son St George and his triumph over the dragon, but the everyday bravery, compassion and resolve that define our communities.

Today we come together. Take a moment to think about the things you love most about your locale. Do people often overlook them? From local traditions and historic stories to those little acts of kindness that take place right under our noses, this day reminds us of those things which bring people together.

No matter if you’re competing, waving your flag, or simply celebrating a bit of English pride, we wish you a day of connection, heritage and belonging.

A fantastic day for the WATBike team! 🚲

We held a First Aid training session at Vision Northumberland, expertly delivered by Terry.

A huge thank you to Hadston House for the fabulous food – we’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a buffet!

We’re really pleased to say it was a big success, with 8 volunteers gaining their first aid qualifications 👏

Well done to everyone who took part – a great step in keeping our staff, and community safe! 💙
