Cotswold VW Weddings

A week ago, Bertie was back in one of his favourite places, beautiful Bibury! He headed to Coln Cottages to collect the bridal party for a couple of trips over to Cripps Barn for Saren & Benjamin’s special day.

Saran’s sister Sally had secretly arranged the transport as a surprise for her, which made it even more special!

The wedding colour scheme was light blue and lemon, so I mixed the two colours for Bertie’s ribbons. 🩵💛 It has to be one of my favourite combinations for a summer wedding!

And it wasn’t just the bridal party travelling with us… we also had a very special four-legged passenger! 🐾 Sally’s gorgeous little Havanese, Heidi came along for the ride too. I then brought Heidi home with me for the night, before she was collected the following morning.

Last Friday, Bertie headed off to The Barn At Berkeley with the Groom and Groomsmen.
A big thank you to Helen for choosing our Splitty for her son's transport to his wedding.
It’s always lovely to hear that you had a fantastic day, and we’re so pleased Bertie could be a little part of it! Thank you for the fab review too!🎉🤗

Betty took a trip up the M5 to Gloucester a few weeks ago from central Gloucester to the Shire Hall Gloucester Registry Office then on to a village hall at Sandhurst. It was another gorgeous day, so the roof was down all the way.

Congratulations to our happy couple Charlotte and Ash on their marriage and I wish you all the happiness for the future together 🥰 Fiona xx

On the 1st August, Bertie and Betty, along with hearttoheartvintagevolkswagens, headed out from the gorgeous barns of Crucis Park Estate to St Lawrence Church in Bourton-on-the-Water, before making their way to Stone Barn for the reception.

With our vintage VWs and two vintage buses all travelling through the Cotswolds, it’s safe to say we attracted plenty of attention from tourists along the way! 📸
