Some of the best moments in Scotland can't be planned.

We arrived at Eilean Donan Castle just as a rainbow stretched across the loch... ending almost perfectly at one of Scotland's most iconic castles. Then, as if that wasn't enough, a young piper began playing Highland Cathedral.
