I am so excited to tell you about my latest find on my health and wellness journey:-)

This is an amazing tool which helps you monitor 10 parameters of your wellness via a simple urine sample. It’s so easy, it’s accurate and it’s mega informative!

Within 2 minutes of opening the Sampler Stick you can get your results and have an insight into specific aspects of your current levels of:

HYDRATION💦💦💧
PH 🍶🍶
PROTEIN 📉📉
KETONES 😵😵
SODIUM 🧂🧂
OXIDATIVE STRESS 😬😬
VITAMIN C 🍑🍑
CALCIUM 🦴🦴
MAGNESIUM 😴😴
ZINC 😷😷

This will let you know if you need to add anything to your diet or reduce anything. It will give you a heads up if any of the areas tested needs any further investigation.

Your first test is your baseline and you can adjust your diet and supplements accordingly and then retest in a few weeks.

It’s basically an App and a Sampler Stick. The app scans the stick and gives you your results and lots of info on what your results mean.

Interested to know more or try it out🙋🙋🏼‍♀️🙋‍♂️

👍👍You can get a Sampler Stick from me for just £10 and a free 30 minute consultation. 👍👍

📧📧Drop me a message if you’d like to try it! 📧📧
