The saying goes if it has tyres, it'll give you bother..... (we'll leave the first half of that sentence off...)

We've had a very sick lorry for a while but pleased to say its now back in action on the roads of Ireland. Due to it coming back into the mix and additional trucks added to the fleet over Christmas/New Year we have a couple of positions available for both local dayshift work and tramping/roaming across UK and Ireland.

👍5 nights a week, 6th night in rotation
👍Option of additional nights where duty time allows
👍Same shared truck

👍£18.46 per hour

👍Guaranteed minimum 50 hours a week
👍Minimum 2 years experience in Class 1
👍Over 25 years old

🚨We're Hiring!!🚨

UDS Freight is currently looking for an experienced Traffic Operator to join our team.

Due to recent internal promotion, we're looking for someone to help build on the work already done by our superb team of office staff and drivers.

Based in our Ballymena depot, the ideal candidate will have had previous experience planning commercial road transport operations either in UK or Ireland.

Geographical knowledge and experience with all the various shipping routes and ferry times will be required along with knowledge of all drivers hours and working time regulations.

It's also essential that you like having some craic at work as there is plenty of craic to be had- all the while keeping our customers goods moving in a timely and efficient manner.

Decent hours, no office weekend work, fantastic colleagues across all our group businesses and a superb team of drivers!
