🚨 We're Hiring – VNA Truck Operator 🚨

We're looking for an experienced VNA Truck Operator to join our warehouse team!

What you'll be doing:
✅ Operating a STILL GX-X VNA truck
✅ Safely putting away and retrieving stock from high-level racking
✅ Carrying out daily vehicle checks
✅ Working as part of a friendly warehouse team
✅ Following health & safety procedures at all times

We're looking for someone who has:
✔️ A valid VNA/Turret Truck licence
✔️ Previous VNA truck experience (STILL GX-X experience is an advantage)
✔️ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
✔️ Reliability and a commitment to working safely

📍 Location: Ballymena
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday with Saturday on Rota
💷 Pay: Competitive rate (depending on experience)

We're Hiring: Transport Planner with Pallet Experience in Ballymena.

We are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join our growing Planning Team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on problem-solving and keeping a busy transport operation running like clockwork. You'll plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements across the UK and Ireland, working closely with drivers and customers to keep everything on time and on track.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Planning, scheduling and optimising daily routes across the UK & Ireland
✅ Communicating with drivers, customers and internal teams
✅ Monitoring job progress and maintaining service levels and compliance
✅ Supporting drivers with pre-briefs and debriefs
✅ Handling live operational challenges as they arise
✅ Assisting with KPI reporting and performance tracking

What we're looking for:

🟠 Previous experience in Transport Planning or Fleet Coordination
🟠 Good knowledge of UK & Ireland geography
🟠 Understanding of Tachograph Regulations and the Working Time Directive
🟠 Strong organisational and communication skills
🟠 Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
🟠 CPC qualification advantageous but not essential
