How we deal with recovering scrap cars

1. Work out the weight of the vehicle via reg giving the vehicles weight

2. Find out the price per ton at local scrapyard/atf

3. Calculate price vehicle would be worth dropped to local scrapyard/atf

4. Minus the recovery fee from the amount worth at scrapyard then pay the customer the difference in value

(for example if your car was worth £150 delivered to the scrapyard and are recovery fee was £80, we would pay you £70 for your vehicle on collection)

5. Collection note and certificate of destruction emailed to customer to prove vehicle has been scrapped and dealt with correctly at a registered atf (auto treatment facility)
