As 2023 sets for its final time, we look back and reflect on another busy, challenging, but amazing year. A special thanks to all our team, our amazing volunteers and our fantastic trainees.

January 2023
Seen Club Late Nights continue to develop, grow and expand with even more nights from Club Nights, Live Late and DJ Showcases π€©
February 2023
We seen the opening of Ideas Academy, with the development of DJ π§ Skool and Media Makers π₯ projects for our memebrs
March 2023
All About Barrhead Awards winners with Ashley McIlvenny being awarded the Barrhead Star, Calum McColl awarded Employee of the Year and Grace McLaren awarded the Young Person of the Year Award π
April 2023
We seen the opening of the Hub Cowan Park after much delay, with our second Social Blend Coffee Shop βοΈ and Active Travel Bike Hub π΄ββοΈ
May 2023
Seen the amazing cumulation of a fantastic fundraising effort across Kiltwalks, from Wee Wanders to Mighty Strides. πΆ
June 2023
We saw over 8500 attend the Family Fun Day π‘ in June celebrating the UCI Cycling π΄ββοΈ Championships being held in Glasgow and Kings Coronation.
July 2023
Seen our Annual Blackpool Day Trip πΌ with over 80 people taking part, on our Big Day Out to the seaside and pleasure beach π’
August 2023
We seen our Team and Supporters undertake a Skydive Fundraiser for the charity from St.Andrews Skydive Centre, Jumping from 4000ft πͺ
September 2023
Gala Ball & Awards Night with 360 people and action packed night of celebrating our members, team, projects and community π
October 2023
Seen us win a Public Contract to provide Cafe Services, expanding Social Blend into the two East Renfrewshire HSCP Health Centres in a new partnership model π€
November 2023
IM2C were Scotland Loves Local Finalist in the Enterprising Communities Category with Sean Batty presenting our certificate in Dundee π
December 2023
Seen a phenomenal array of Christmas Parties, events, pantos and performances by our Drama, Dance and Singing Groups π
A phenomenal list of highlights and achievements, across 2023 we saw our projects continue to grow and develop, reaching even more people, families and communities.
We achieved significant funding support from existing funders, an new support from Shared Care Scotland, Henry Smith CHT, Glasgow City Council, Young Start and Big Lottery that funds our Core Work, alongside our amazing fundraising efforts. Alongside RS MacDonald, BBC CIN, Cash for Kids, STV Childrens Appeal, for continuing to support our work and projects.
A huge thanks to our business supported and corporate donors from Taylor Wimpey, St.James Place, Pilotlight and the many more local sponsors who gifted support across this year.
Tye biggest Thank You goes to all who supported us in 2023, for the time, energy, knowledge, funds and resources, it is greatly appreciated and makes a huge difference and impact in our members, families and communities.
