We have recently introduced live vehicle tracking. There are multiple benefits of this new addition at SCS Couriers LTD and we’re excited to share it with you!
* LIVE tracking
The GPS will give you accurate locations and ETA’s for the delivery of your loads. We can share a 24hour link with our customers, allowing you to track the allocated vehicle until the time of delivery. If you have any queries regarding the tracking of your loads, you can get in contact with us directly, which ensures we are meeting our customers expectations. You can receive piece of mind no matter how urgent, valuable, or sensitive your loads may be.
*Emission reduction
RAM Tracking gives us an analytical insight on internal processes. This means we can track the driver behaviours, alongside the speeds, mileage and fuel usage of the vehicles.
Tracking allows us to optimise routes by looking at reports of our runs. We can work out the most efficient journeys and monitor our drivers speeds to ensure the vehicles are most energy efficient. We are trying to meet the environmental needs in the transport industry, and limiting fuel emissions where possible!
*Transparency
We want to build a good rapport with our customers and build a form of trust. Tracking can make you feel engaged and comfortable with the process of our courier services. You know exactly what to expect, and feel in-control of your possessions as we can be open and honest with you following the journeys. Your items will not get lost as it will be direct!
*Accurate ETA
You can check via the 24-hour link for accurate updates and ETA’s. This means if your load is urgent, you can check we are taking the quickest route possible. External factors may affect delivery times (such as traffic/delays), but you will also be able to stay on the loop of this which adds onto the transparency.
