Expresslines is a family run business based in the centre of Bedford, providing passenger transport services such as home to school transport and coach private hire services. Our aim is to provide passenger transport solutions at a competitive rate without compromising on quality of service.

Summary of the role

Generate sales leads, provide customers with quotes, confirm bookings, contact customers for feedback and dealing with complaints.
An effective leader that is able to promote a culture of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills/ Qualifications Required

GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English Language, Maths and Science.
Excellent telephone manner
IT skills, proficient with word, excel and outlook
Admin skills
Team Player
Organisational Skills
