Today Brendan McGivern and Eoin Davey from Union Taxis presented a cheque for £100 to Siun O'Connor and Terry Colhoun of Springfield Court. Siun and Terry are both service users living at Leonard Cheshire's Springfield Avenue premises. As part of a fund raising drive by service users and service providers Union Taxis are delighted to offer a little help from our Community Social Fund. We support Independent living in our community by providing affordable, friendly and reliable wheelchair accessable taxi services to those locals who require them. We look forward to helping in whatever way can in the near future....it's what we at Union Taxis do different from other taxi firms and can only be achieved with the continued custom provided by those living in our community, thus making community stronger.
