We kick things off at 📍 Blackbushe Airport on 5th June before heading north to 🌊 Blackpool for an action-packed weekend of experience flights on 6th & 7th June, before visiting ✈️ Cotswold and 🌅 Swansea Airports.

We’re excited to be returning to some fantastic locations — and even more excited to be visiting the 🇮🇲 Isle of Man for the VERY FIRST TIME for over a week of flights! 🌊🔥

We’ll also be finishing the month at 📍 Wolverhampton Airport, another exciting stop on our June tour! 🚁✨

We've enjoyed a fantastic week of Spitfire and Mustang flights, formation experiences, and Buchon tail chases, all under beautiful skies to round off May. Our two-seat Spitfires are now tucked away and ready for a busy final weekend of the month.

Another week flown by, and with just one week of May left, we’re looking forward to kicking off the June flying season with more adventures ahead — including Isle of Man and Wolverhampton operations. ✈️

Today’s images feature yesterday’s fantastic formation Spitfire flights after returning featuring MJ627 and MT818. Formation experiences are still available to book for 2026.

This weekend we’re heading to Swansea Airport for the first Swansea flights of the season, while Biggin Hill experiences continue as normal with limited availability remaining.

Unfortunately Blackbushe flights won’t be going ahead this weekend, but not to worry — we can confirm that we’ll be back on 30th May for a schedule of Spitfire flights.

Busy day yesterday at Cotswold Airport! ✈️

We had Spitfire flights in MT818 alongside the P-51 Mustang Moonbeam McSwine’s first passenger flights of 2026 at Cotswold — an unforgettable sight and sound.

We’re back again today for more Spitfire and Mustang action, and we still have availability on both aircraft. If you’re nearby, come down and fly with us, or simply enjoy the atmosphere from the AV8 Restaurant!

What a busy week it’s been here at Fly a Spitfire!

Spitfire MT818 headed off on her three-day adventure to Cotswold Airport today, beginning with this morning’s flights. Tomorrow, she’ll be joined by Moonbeam McSwine for a fantastic schedule of Mustang flights.

Meanwhile, Spitfire flights will continue at Biggin Hill throughout the weekend.

We still have some availability for Spitfire flights at both locations this weekend, so if you fancy experiencing flight in one of our two-seat Spitfires, now is the perfect opportunity!

Please note that we will not be visiting Blackbushe Airport tomorrow. For those planning to visit, we look forward to hopefully returning to Blackbushe again on 23rd May.
