❓Are you ready for our new term of CycleTots? We start back on the 5th of September - book now at www.foxcycling.co.uk 🚴

We are back at Hannakins Farm Community Centre every Saturday during term time, 09:30-10:15 for our group balance bike sessions, aimed at children 2 to 5, although we are flexible on this.

If you do not have your own balance bike, you can hire one for the class or you can sign up to our low cost monthly bike subscription service through www.pedalplan.co.uk. We also sell high quality, cool designed helmets made by Kali Protectives and ABUS Cycling.

Studies have shown that cycling helps develop the same part of the brain that develops when reading, and teachers have told us that children's handwriting and use of cutlery has improved after attending our balance bike sessions. Children build confidence, develop core strength and learn team work, all whilst having a lot of fun. helps children learn in a friendly, positive environment.

This Sunday the 30th of August we are going to be at Colchester United FC and we will be offering FREE Pedal Ready Assessments and use of our Squish bikes, available to buy from Fox Cycling or lease from www.pedalplan.co.uk.

We are joining at their SENsational Footballl and Fun Day. This inclusive event is aimed at children and adults of all abilities.

There will be football training sessions with , face painting by PeacockGlitz by Ernesta, personalised football cards with Pix Party Pods, magic and bubble shows, with balloon modelling from , clothes and toys from , and the very popular DJ Brian Jay doing the disco indoors in the Layer Suite, fairground rides provided by .

Looking for a fun, active class for your little one? CycleTots is all about getting children moving, building confidence, and enjoying their balance bikes through games and challenges.

No pressure, no rush — just a relaxed, encouraging environment where children can learn at their own pace and have a great time doing it.
