☀️ 35°C outside, roughly 45°C in the office.
To avoid turning our team into human oven chips, all office staff are clocking off at 2:30 pm today to cool down, rehydrate and find the nearest fan/ice cream van.

Wedding planners, this one's for you. 💍
After helping with 200+ UK weddings, the same 5 transport oversights come up every single season. If you're a planner, save this post and build these into your client intake form.
1️⃣ Inadequate buffer time on shuttle schedules
Ceremonies overrun. Photos take longer than planned. Always build in a 30 minute buffer between each leg.
2️⃣ No plan for late night guest returns
The wedding gets planned. The "how does everyone get home at midnight" question gets forgotten. Lock in late night transport at the same time you book the day of vehicles.
3️⃣ Unclear bridal party vehicle arrangements
Same vehicle as guests? Separate car? Photo stop en route? Decide early, because it changes the booking entirely.
