🚌 WE’RE RECRUITING – BUS & COACH DRIVERS! 🚌

We’re looking for professional and reliable drivers to join the team at JH Coaches, with both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME opportunities available.

📍 Based at our Birtley depot

🔵 FULL-TIME DRIVERS

Our current priority is recruiting drivers for our home-to-school contracts. Full-time positions will initially involve:

🏫 Morning & afternoon school runs
🚌 Private hire work between school duties where available
📅 Occasional weekend work when required

As opportunities become available, there may also be the chance to move into service work, as well as more private hire and coach work.

🟢 PART-TIME DRIVERS

Looking for fewer hours? We also have part-time positions available, ideal for anyone wanting work that fits around other commitments:

🏫 Morning & afternoon school runs only
📅 School term time
✅ No requirement to undertake private hire work between runs

🦁🐯 A WILD DAY OUT AT YORKSHIRE WILDLIFE PARK! 🐻🦒

Today’s JH Coaches day excursion took us to Yorkshire Wildlife Park for a fantastic day surrounded by some incredible animals! 🐾

Our driver Jacob was behind the wheel of JH19 COM today and, while our passengers were enjoying the park, he managed to capture some brilliant photos of the animals along with a few great shots of his coach! 📸🚌

Did you know we can offer UK & Ireland tour work with our smaller vehicles too?

Our 19-seat midi coach, JH22 BUS, has been out on the road for an impressive 16-day tour, travelling across the UK and Ireland!

Peter has been behind the wheel for much of the tour, with Simon also joining the tour to share the driving duties and ensure all required driver rest periods were covered throughout the itinerary.

📍 Here, Peter is enjoying some time in Bath, with the photos showing some of the fantastic sights around the city as well as JH22 BUS parked up during its travels.

🚌 Bus Driver Opportunities – Join JH Coaches

We’re recruiting professional PCV drivers to join our growing team, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Full-Time Drivers

Your main duties will involve morning and afternoon home-to-school contracts, with private hires and other driving work allocated between school runs.

During school holidays, alternative work will be provided, including private hire, excursions, corporate travel, events, airport transfers and school or university hires. Occasional weekend work will also be required during busy periods.

Part-Time Drivers

Ideal for anyone seeking fewer hours or a better work-life balance. These positions involve morning and afternoon home-to-school contracts during term time only.
