Spot of Re-branding on a Friday night time to drop the Ex-Abbey Drivers now you all know who we are and our story. We would like to thank each and every one of our fantastic customers old & new for all of the support they've shown us over that past few months. We appreciate it so much its not been easy but we are certainly getting there. Capacity is always a challenge and we wont lie sometimes we have struggled to keep up with demand. however we would like to welcome our two newest drivers to the ABC Taxis family. We are sure they will be a great asset to us and can only help improve our services we can offer you. Once again a massive Thanks from all of us here at ABC Taxis Boston 😀 Happy weekend everyone 😀

Well guys what can we say, Firstly a massive thank you to each and everyone of you for all your kind support over the last week its been a challenge but we are getting there. We now have shiny new top signs on all of our vehicles so lookout for us and give us a wave.🖐️ Radio communications has finally been restored so we can be more efficient and deliver the best possible service we can. We wouldn't have been able to do it without the love and support of all our loyal customers and for that we are truly thankful, We have the best team of people here at ABC Taxis Boston and they have all worked tirelessly over the past week to ensure that ABC is a success the people of Boston still have a choice when it comes to finding a Taxi service and our mission is to ensure that there will always be a choice. We support all the other independent drivers out there and respect every other company. Retaining that freedom of choice for customers is paramount. Remember you can’t buy respect it must be earned and we will do our utmost to earn yours.

Dear Valued Customer

We regretfully write to inform you that on 19/06/2023 Abbey Taxis Boston was sold by the owner to Acorn Taxis.
What this means is that the 01205 353333 number is still active but is now under control of Acorn Taxis.
We all strongly believe that you all deserve a choice when it comes to deciding on a taxi company to use and although an offer has been made for our drivers to join Acorn Taxis this has been strongly rejected by us all.
As a group of dedicated independent drivers who all worked under the Abbey Taxis Boston umbrella some for many years are all deeply saddened & disappointed with the previous owners decision to sell, we had absolutely no control over his decision.
We have all worked extremely hard over the years to help build Abbey Taxis Boston into the highly successful company it was.
We would all like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support over the years and using our services.
All drivers & vehicles were and still remain independent. With this in mind we are all excited to introduce you to our newly formed cooperative company ABC Taxis Boston.
We believe that the people of Boston should still have a choice when using a taxi service so it is our mission to give people exactly that.
We have decided to relaunch providing the same level of great customer service, value & reliability that you’ve all come to expect.
We are pleased to say that all of our existing drivers are involved in forming a new partnership and it gives us great pleasure to announce that we will be reforming as ABC Taxis Boston and you will able to contact us on our new number 01205 615614.
Same drivers, same service but more importantly you still have a choice. A choice to use a taxi company with values & integrity.
Once again we thank you for all your kind support. We hope to see you soon and join us on our new journey as ABC Taxis Boston.

Hi Guys
Strange day today.
So by now most of you may or may not be aware that Abbey Taxis Boston has been sold to Acorn Taxis. Obviously this came as a complete shock to all the drivers. It was a little underhand the way we all found out as we the drivers all received a text message at 10:30am this morning. No phone call, No time Scale, No consultation, No Warning. The phone suddenly stopped ringing and our radio comms was cut. Obviously we are as stunned as our very loyal and fantastic customers. We the drivers can only apologies to each and every one you guys. We have all worked extremely hard to collectively build up Abbey Taxis Boston to what it was. Unfortunately If you try and call us you will now be diverted through to Acorn Taxis.

You may have seen posts on social media saying that our drivers are now going to be working with Acorn Taxis and whilst it may be a possibility one or two may go the overwhelming majority would like to stay Independent and continue to serve you guys to the best of our ability.

Rest assured that work is now underway to launch ourselves as a new co-operative of independent drivers all under the same umbrella. We have a new phone number and company name which will be published over the coming day or so and we hope to see as many of you again as soon as possible. I'm sure you will appreciate that setting this up from scratch takes a little time and organisation so once again we apologise to all of you our very loyal customers.
