This is the area on runway 27 which has been cleared of surface water . Mother Nature must now take her course and we can only wait for it to firm up before getting back to normal.

It’s a pain but we are actually faring better than many other grass strips .

It’s that time of year I guess . The runway is not usable at the moment as with most other grass runways . Still in very good shape though . Just needs an end to the relentless rain for a while !
Eric and Denise have got the right idea . Enjoying the warmth in Thailand !
Hopefully won’t be too long . It’s been suggested we do a few organised trips this year to encourage some of you aviators to enjoy travelling further afield than you may be used to . I’m up that and look forward to the spring when we can make some plans .
Best time of year to clean the planes and catch up on maintenance ready for the flying season of course .
