Good morning to all Evri Rnd 0851 customers and followers.
Apologies for any disruption to your Evri deliveries this last week and the coming weeks. As you may be aware someone else / multiple couriers maybe have been servicing your round.
This is a direct result of Evri management in their wisdom deciding to refuse my services, to the local community, which are no longer required.😕
Redbeardsamedaysolutions is currently 27th out of approx 220 couriers, over 3 depots in the key performance indicators. With 5 star reviews as long as your arm, over the past 7 years.
Obviously at this stage I cannot go into any great detail as to why, save to say I have only received verbal notice. Apparently, the questioning of current Evri management logic around severe heat/health warnings is a big no no.
No written explanation (as per the Evri Code of Conduct) to the reasoning behind this decision has been received as of yet 🙄
Nor do I expect any written notice to be forthcoming in the near future. The Evri management responsible for this decision being on holiday for at least another week
I am currently working with the GMB Union to resolve the matter as soon as. However this is taking longer than anticipated and may take a few more weeks to fix and conclude satisfactorily.
Until then please continue to fill in the courier reviews on every parcel delivered, as this will no doubt help my case immensely. Showing the disparities in the levels of professionalism, friendliness and quality of the delivery service you receive.

Hopefully, the top class professional delivery services you have been used to over the last couple of years will resume sometime in September.
