We’re Hiring – Production Operative

Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality goods within customers' unique technical specifications.
Work to a time scale for orders, ensuring timely delivery to our customers, who often have strict deadlines.
Collaborate with a team to produce samples according to special technical specifications.
Maintain flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work overtime when required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Essential:
Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in machine operations or production.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Keen attention to detail.
Competence in completing written documentation related to the position.
Basic maths skills.
Preferred:
Basic computer knowledge.
Good Health & Safety awareness.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and follow instructions.
