Being out on the bikes everyday I am obsessed about using sun cream to protect against the rays. I bought some kids factor 50 from the market, and it did not feel right. I checked the out of date and it was 3 years out of date- so no protection at all I took it back and the guy gave me my £8 back - same as shop price! I then watched him put the faulty cream back on the table to sell. There is an app where you can input batch number to see if cosmetics have passed their shelf life. I put in the batch number for the other cream which had no date and surprise surprise this was also out of date and no protection. So just a warning - if you want to be sure you are protecting skin- especially kids- do not buy sun cream from the market.

My little hobby - driftwood wellbeing sculptures. Made with ethically sourced crystals and natural driftwood. I try to keep the driftwood as natural as possible as it radiates beauty in its natural state. 3 Jade- to promote life balance and 1 black promoting strength and grounding. These are unique and beautiful as stand alone ornaments and perfect Xmas gift for those hard to buy for.

Currently working on a horse head and turtle which can be ready for Xmas.

This evening I bundled up in my hat, scarf and gloves, ready for a chilly November e-bike ride down the beach…
But within ten minutes the hat was off, the scarf was off, and the gloves were off! 😄
It turned into the most beautiful, calm evening — sea air, soft light and the freedom of gliding along the sand.
A perfect reminder of how truly blessed we are to have moments like this right on or doorstep, even in November. 💙🚴‍♀️🌊

🌤️ Autumn Rides & A New Idea 🌊🚴‍♀️

This time of year brings some of the best days for riding — crisp air, quiet beaches, and those stunning bursts of sunshine. But let’s be honest, the weather can be unpredictable, and it’s hard to plan a hire when you never know when those perfect days will appear!

I feel really lucky that I can just head to the shed, grab my bike, and make the most of the good weather when it comes. Today was one of those beautiful days — calm, quiet, and just perfect for a ride and recharge.

So, I’ve been thinking… what if you could have that same freedom? 🚲

I’m looking at offering a weekly/monthly hire option, but this will only be available to people who have hired from me before.

👉 Weekly hire: £50 — great value even if you only get out for a couple of afternoons.
👉 Monthly hire: £150 — massive savings and total flexibility to ride whenever the weather smiles on us!
