1998 Porsche 996 Carrera 2 Tiptronic, a genuinely well-maintained example that has benefited from significant recent expenditure and preventative maintenance. This is an early cable-throttle car, which many enthusiasts prefer, and it features the earlier cylinder liner coating that is widely considered less prone to bore scoring than some later cars. It also retains the earlier dual-row IMS bearing setup.

2005 Mini Cooper S R53 – Factory L*D – Sorted Example

69k miles on the shell, replacement engine fitted (receipts to prove) now on 86k. Both low mileage for its age and it drives exactly how an R53 should — tight, responsive and properly fun.

Supercharger serviced, clutch replaced, timing chain done, track rod ends and pulleys replaced. Upgraded with a stainless exhaust, PlayMini manifold, reduced pulley and induction kit — pulls strong and sounds spot on.

Recent ownership for the past 3 years and it’s been well looked after throughout. It’s been an absolute joy for the owner — quick, planted, and surprisingly refined for what it is.

Honest points:
• Slight damage to the passenger-side headlight (shown in photos)
