We're looking for a class 1 driver!
Probably the easiest job ever - all it will require is the capability to entertain yourself all day in a can and not do a lot (most of the time)
Currently the position is in Bridgwater and gets you home for tea every night! We'll pay a minimum rate of 10 hours per day for the pleasure but the position will sometimes take you to the East Midlands running back and forth.
As much as we'd love to say this is a full time position, the truth is we're a small family run firm so you will be required to change duties occasionally and work with the lads on other projects. Or jump in a van and es**rt cranes and wide loads etc
As usual, our work can be very dirty and greasy but highly rewarding.
You MUST have a clean licence and CPC / Tacho
You MUST be able to clear a DBS check and you MUST be happy to sit in or around HPC for a good few months at least.
We can offer you, a weekly pay packet, a big V8 Scania, a uniform, a pension, a bit of holiday and some PPE.
All joking aside, it's a gentle roll that will require nights away when called upon (often last minute) and it does require weekends which are swapped and changed with other drivers to suit.
