We're continuing to operate in a safe and responsible way in order to safeguard our clients in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. This includes regularly disinfecting equipment used to make deliveries. 😷🧴

In line with new safety guidance and risk assessments, we have re-introduced asking recipients to physically sign for parcels, replacing photo-on-delivery.

This service will remain optional for the foreseeable future.
