This afternoon whilst returning home from a successful day of football at Drumnadrochit, we were unfortunately presented with a van driver in our carriageway resulting in a collision. Luckily no-one was hurt!
I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff for there help in managing the situation but more importantly a massive thank you to all the GHS pupils onboard for being so calm and collected given what had happened. Every single one of you(staff and pupils) are a credit to GHS!
I would also like to apologise for any inconvenience this caused parents waiting to collect there kids and to the motorist on the A9 at that point.
Times like this I am very proud of the family we have at Cameron minibus services for turning out from all over with their buses to take pupils back to Golspie but also arriving with tools and parts to allow me to repair the coach at the roadside to get home.

What a week it has been with all the disruptions to all our runs across Sutherland and Ross-shire due to the weather we have experienced.
We would like so thank all the parents and schools for there support and understanding over the week.
A massive thank you though to all of our drivers for battling the elements to ensure all the kids got to school and home safely.
Only a few more runs to do this weekend befor we can all finally put our feet up 👍
We can also confirm that all the snow is now kept in nethy Bridge 🚌❄️

🚌🚌Part Time Driver Required in the Bonar Bridge/Ardgay area 🚌🚌
We are currently looking for someone to drive a school vehicle from Bonar-Tain-Bonar in the morning and afternoon.
-1.5hrs in the morning and 1.5hrs in the afternoon every school day.
-Clean category B licence (regular car licence) required to drive an 8 seater minibus.
-No previous convictions that would affect an application to the PVG scheme.
-looking for someone that is reliable and has a cheery/friendly disposition.
-Immediate start!
