Having fun with floorplans

I love looking at floorplans and trying to improve on a current layout. Doing this is one of the parts of property development I really enjoy so it never feels like work.

This little property came as a bonus with a much larger project but should still create 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for professional workers and will generate around £3200 per month in revenue once complete.

Photos from our latest 6 bed 5 bath HMO in harlow Essex

we took this place back from the tenant and the house was a disgrace with one of the worst extensions i have ever seen! Now with a new extension and high end finish I would like think this is one of the best multilets in town.

Thanks to OMG developments for getting the build over the line and my mum for dressing the house. My JV partner snow at ROI property and I even had time to have a cup of tea before the next deal
