We are getting people saying they have ordered something from abroad and the delivery company is Postal Express, please be aware we do not do imports and never have and all Postal Express tracking codes are 6 digits. Therefore you will know it is not anything to do with us. We believe people may have purchased products from an overseas company and they have not sent the item and have made up tracking codes and are quoting many genuine U.K. couriers. Thank you for your understanding.
